About the Speaker
Akash Yaligar is Architect (associated with Mrinmayee consultants) working on Earthen construction from past 10 years. He is a self-learnt artist whose way of capturing a moment has evolved over the years. After discovering his love for sketching and painting, He explored mediums such as pen & ink, charcoal and watercolour. However he has settled with watercolour for its transparency and fluidity to express his thoughts and experience. His work ranges from quick sketch to detailed portraits, but finds great joy in live sketching, which according to him is a pure expression of subject with added mood and essence of that moment.
